My Cub & Me

6 mths-1 yr old

This is a FREE class to allow parents and their new baby to explore movement in a safe environment! This class will utilize the pre-school floor circuits each week as well as the bars, beam, and trampoline. We will work on fine motor skills like picking up small objects to use those small muscles in our hands and wrists to wiggling our toes! We will also work on gross motor skills like rolling and sitting that use those larger muscles in our arms, legs, torso, and feet! Baby Tigers

Ages 1 yr-2 yrs old

This is a parent participation class to allow parents and their baby to explore movement in a safe environment! This class will utilize the pre-school floor circuits each week as well as the bars, beam, and trampoline. We will work on fine motor skills like picking up small objects to use those small muscles in our hands and wrists to wiggling our toes! We will also work on gross motor skills like rolling and sitting that use those larger muscles in our arms, legs, torso, and feet! This class is an amazing bonding time to have with your child!

Bouncing Bears

Ages 2 yrs-3 yrs old

This is a parent participation class to allow parents and their toddler to explore movement in a safe environment! This class will utilize the pre-school floor circuits each week as well as the bars, beam, and trampoline. We will work on fine motor skills like picking up small objects to use those small muscles in our hands and wrists to wiggling our toes! We will also work on gross motor skills like rolling and sitting that use those larger muscles in our arms, legs, torso, and feet! This class is an amazing bonding time to have with your child!

Cheetah's

Ages 3 yrs-4 yrs old

This class is a great opportunity for your child to go into class on their own! They will feel like such a Big Kid! This class will utilize the floor circuit, uneven bars, balance beams, and trampoline! They will work on fine motor and gross motor skills in this class. They will begin each class with a coordination activity, such as following along to a song or playing catch, and end each class with a coloring page and sticker!

Lion's

Ages 4 yrs-5 yrs old

This class will work on the transition from our pre-school program into our 5-7 yr. old program. They will utilize both the pre-school equipment as well as the "Big Kid" equipment. This will help make them feel more comfortable when they move to the hour long class because they will be familiar with the equipment. We will continue to work on fine motor and gross motor skills in this class. The kids will also work on hand-eye coordination to help with their overall fitness.
